Good day/Bad day

On a bad day...

your husband comes home from work and tells you that he is going to a far off country for one whole month, on Monday!!!

On a good day...

your husband tells you that his work wants to send me and my 2 children there to spend the month with him in a little apartment in Frankfurt, Germany!!

On a bad day...

you realize that even 7 month old babies need a passport (duh, I know) and you realize the headache that it is to get it by Monday.

On a good day...

you are still going to Germany for a flippin month, staying in a sweet apartment, visiting your sister in Prague and hopefully your other sister in England and spending all my October weekends in various parts of the world.

Life is sweet sometimes!! :)

P.S. This may cause for a long drought for my blog.

On a worse day...you realize that your husband worked at the same place and you had the potential to go on the same trip. Grrrr. Don't worry, we live on Judea's Plains which is almost as exciting as Europe. ;) Anyway I hope you have a fabulous time! You must take and post lots of pictures!! Yea!

Wow! I'm so excited for you. Have a fabulous time. There is so much to see and do. We spent two weeks in Europe and that is not nearly enough time. Can't wait to hear all about it and see lots of pictures!

when did this happen? I am so excited! I would say that I would come see you, but the airlines won't let you fly past 34 weeks along, which for me is in 2 weeks. I need to know the details. Let me know. And believe me, I understand the whole passport thing. That's actually just a small portion of it. Just make sure Tyler has a work permit and you have a family visa. It might not be the same for Germany, but just make sure you're covered. I'm sure Tyler's big company won't make any of the same stupid mistakes that Clark's did. Love you!

Lou, this is awesome. We've got to find a way to get together while you are here. Maybe the boys and I will have to come for a quick weekend trip.

If not, we'll look forward to tracking you with your blog. ("droughts" not acceptable)

Only you could do it! That's so great! What an adventure! You're a good sport! (I don't think I could do it...although you are guaranteed to come back so...)
PS-I had to expedite passports for both Kate and myself and they were delivered 10 days later on a Sunday morning! SO it can work out! Good luck! :)
